Learn about the intersection of Ashtanga and Vinyasa/Power Yoga, and see just how important it is for teachers to belong to a rich lineage of yoga in order to understand how to teach effectively, safely, CONFIDENTLY.
In this intensive course we will cover the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga, the Eight Limbed System, applied anatomy and physiology, yoga asana technique and the crossover into the modern 'Power' or 'Vinyasa' styles that are directly influenced by Ashtanga. We will also cover hands-on adjustments, Ashtanga-style, and how to apply our learning in the classroom, through a safe and theraputic container.
The Yoga Badass Teacher Mentorship is an intensive 3-6-month course; participants must be willing to reach deeply within and grow yourself throughout the duration of our time together. Please do not apply if you are not serious. This is primarily a 1:1 coaching container; small groups will be formed for specific workshops in teaching.
